who are we?

Silverabbit is a creative design studio based in Colorado yet we serve clients nationwide—you could say we were working remotely before it was cool.

We earned our name by being among the first to jump up and help struggling creatives. But we didn’t become experts overnight. We spent years failing testing different ways to build, produce, and use the latest tech to communicate. We first dipped our fuzzy paws into the design world by working on our high school yearbook, and ever since then the story pretty much wrote itself.

FAQs

Some of these questions we’ve been asked before. Some we’re answering here so you don’t have to ask them again unless you really want to.

  • what's with the name?

    "Silverabbit" is a creative combination of Silver + Rabbit. When we were young and naive we boasted "quality designs done quickly." However, now that we're older and therefore wiser, we still like to do things quickly, but we prefer to schedule deadlines with enough time to do things right.

  • what programs are you fluent in?

    We love this question! We're masters in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as Canva and traditional mediums like painting. We are familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition. For web builders we mainly use Wordpress, Wix, SquareSpace, and Shopify. Although animation is the newest skill we picked up, we are most familiar with Autodesk Maya but we're slowly switching to Blender. When it comes to self-publishing books, we like to use Amazon but have also helped authors publish on Blurb, Lulu, or produce their own copies to sell on their own website.

  • do you have discounts for non-profits?

    Yes! We love helping those who love to help others. Our standard non-profit deal is to offer 50% of the cost as an in-kind service donation. You must be registered as a 501(c)(3) to receive this discount.

  • do you offer refunds?

    We do not offer refunds on our services since it's not possible to get back the time we invested in the project. However, we do everything in our power to make changes and alterations to match the client's visions. The number of revisions depends on the project, but most cases need less than 3.
